Tenth Annual Toy Drive Held At Carmel’s

The ANGELS Outreach Tenth Annual Toy Drive was held at Carmel’s on Thursday December 11, 2025.

Once again an amazing variety and number of toys were collected for kids in need this holiday season, and it’s all due to the generosity and love of the citizens of Toledo. We couldn’t continue without you and we are very grateful. See the image gallery here.

ANGELS Outreach provides holiday food baskets, blankets, hats, gloves and scarves, and toys every year to those in need.

Steve Taylor of the Taylor Automotive Family of dealerships again presented a check to Lisa, in continued support of our efforts to brighten the holidays of those in need.

Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets Delivered to 150 Families, 75 Veterans Served Dinner

It’s a day of boundless blessings for 150 local families and 75 disabled veterans.

We are deeply humbled not only to serve this community but to celebrate 30 years of ANGELS Outreach, a testament to the transformative power of compassion and kindness.

If you don’t know our story, this organization was born from a promise kept, a true miracle that has inspired us to provide full holiday meals for families in need every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter for three decades.

We have also wrapped our wings around the veterans in this community, expressing our heartfelt gratitude for their selfless service and reminding them of their invaluable worth. Thursday November 20, 2025 was an extraordinary day, and we extend our sincerest appreciation to every individual who has contributed to this organization, attended our fundraisers, volunteered their time, and offered their unwavering support. We thank you, heavenly Father, for blessing me and this community with ANGELS Outreach, for hearing a mother’s prayer so many years ago, and for granting us the privilege of sharing love with those who need it most.

Angels Outreach is proudly celebrating 30 remarkable years of fostering a community that truly uplifts and inspires one another. We are deeply grateful for our community and our courageous public servants. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our heroes in the State Highway Patrol, Toledo Fire & Rescue, Toledo Police, and Lucas County Sheriffs Department. These dedicated individuals selflessly deliver 150 Thanksgiving food baskets and provide a hot meal for our disabled Veterans, inspiring a day filled with gratitude.

Be Our Valentine

… And help us do even MORE than we did last year!

In 2024, with your support …

We served 90 Families at Easter last year, including 75 disabled veterans in Toledo.

For Thanksgiving 2024, we proudly served 105 local families in need of a Thanksgiving Food Basket.

For Christmas 2024, we proudly served another 105 local families in need of a Christmas Food Basket.

We held a Veterans Hot Chocolate Cocoa Bar. We hosted our first “all the trimmings” Hot Chocolate Cocoa Bar & Desserts.

Thanks to our Annual Toy Drive, children’s eyes lit up as we donated over 500 toys to local families, spreading the joy of Christmas.

We warmed up Toledo with blankets, hats & handwarmers, gloves and our “Angel Boxes” which included warm socks, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and more. These Angel Boxes were handed out to our friends that are living on the streets.

Help us make 2025 even better for families in need!
